Use Google and put in Flotec parts.
I did that and several parts dealers came up.
Pick one and put in your model number.
I'm sure you can find a housing, the pump that I looked at had one available.

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com. You can not repair those small submersible pumps. Let me rephrase that...you should not try to rebuild those pumps. Once the oil leaks out and water enters the sealed motor area causing the unit to seize you can not replace the parts you will need for anything close to the cost of just buying a new unit. They are basically throw-away units at the price of new being under $100. Home Depot for $62.97 Lowe’s 1/3HP ProPlumber Local hardware stores will have similar products for nearly the same prices. If this answer does not fix your problem, please comment with additional details prior to rating the answer. Positive feedback is appreciated once your problem is solved! John
I have had the same problem everyone else has had with these pumps. I did serious research on these pumps and came up with a rebuild kit some parts bought some I make. I did mine 2 years ago and still working like a champ and have done over 20 locally with no problems. If your pump is noisy or the impeller has fallen off (typical) due to water getting in the unit and causing the bearings to fail email me and I can rebuild your pump. The process is simple send me the pump I will look at it and see if it can be rebuilt at NO CHARGE if it can be rebuilt you will save over 60% of a new one. Don't spend $349 - $599 on a new one let me look at it for free if I can rebuild it great if not you will have to buy a new one. I am not a dealer for any pumps so you will not have to worry about me selling you a pump and if you want the old one back pay the shipping and it it all yours.
The tree may have damaged a pipe, which is letting air into the system. I'm suprised you haven't mentioned a leak. It's possible for air to be pulled in thru the motor seal, if suction is high. High suction usually means trouble in the well, a clogged point or a malfunctioning check. Push on pipes and the pressure line to the switch, if they leak water out, air can be drawn in.
