Yes, the mobile case is availbile for your mobile in mobile stores

possible faulty software in the phone, try using sony ericsson update service (on sony ericsson website with instructions)

I had the same problem and I reset it. It said that I would not loose the contacts and I did not, now it is ringing.

CPU faulty send it back to Sony Ericsson for repairs, this is a common problem on Siny Ericsson very bad.
