Lately at certain times while running for days it makes a clanking noise(sounds like the fan) I spray water through the back of it with a water bottle and after 20 min the sound slowly go's away.It is...

This is normal, the noise you here is most likely ice build up on the condenser coils. when the outside temperature is under around 15c ice will build up on the condenser coils it then falls and hits the fan blades. this will also happen if the unit has been running for a while. there is no need to spay water into the unit as this can cause damage to the electrical components.

Purchased a fedders a/c 18000 unit still under warranty. called the 800# they said company had filed bankruptcy and were not responsible for repairs. 350$ mistake. Fan runs too slow for unit to kick in....

Check the capacitor for the fan motor. You can do that with a multimeter with the capacitor test function or if the capacitor looks swollen then it is probably bad. Also, make sure the fan rotates freely by hand. Let me know if you need more help.

10,200 BTU a/c blows air but not cool air

They can freeze up if the outside air is too cool. It needs to be over 65 degrees outside and inside. Another possibility is if the unit is a little low on refrigerant. They will run too cold if slightly under charged or if the condensor is very dirty and the heat can not be exhuasted.

Horsepower

horsepower is 178. The US spec version of the 2008 1000RR has a limitation above 10,200 rpm that reduces rear wheel horsepower to approximately 155. The UK version of the motorcycle makes about 10 more horsepower with a normal curve above 10,200 rpm as opposed to the US version which is essentially flat from 10,200 rpm to 13,000 rpm.
