You need to re-register the software and the devices. Reboot after registration all should work fine. BTW - I'd recommend installing SP3 (will minimize virus attacks due to increase security patches) and contact NC TS for updated X300 software, it's free so they won't charge you for it and your system will be more current.

My recommendation is to uninstall the vSpace software, reboot, run thier cleanup utility, and reinstall the latest version. Before reinstalling, make SURE that you have applied XP SP3 and ALL of the current MS updates. Additionally, browse Device Manager and make sure there are NO missing or conflicting drivers. Lastly, if Intel Active Management Technology is installed, disable it. This will be listed in the ports section of Device Manager as either IAMT or SOL/COM3. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from the provided CD. As of this posting date, the cleanup utility is available here: nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall. The most up to date vSapce for X300 on XP is at: ncomputing.com/download/x300.zip. If you hit this post later and the supplied URLs are not valid call NComputing TS at 888-365-1210. Lastly do NOT forget to register the vSpace software and related XD1 boxes.

Problem install X300 Xtenda Multi Box. Windows XP code 10 for X300 Graphic Controller.

Solution: Please change your VGA Card wit Supported Display Card with external VGA, cause if you use for unsupported VGA card the problems that will occur. I suggest using external VGA (not use onboard VGA) like Nvdia Gforce. I always use that produk for all my Client.

For New Driver X300 Graphic you can download there.

I hope it usefull

Internal Error : 0x2025 - 0x08X - 0

Uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Make sure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of device manager. Also, while in Device Manager, navigate to the Ports Section and see if there is anything listed for Intel Active Management Technology. It will be listed as IAMT or SOL/COM3. If so, right click it and disable it. Then run the NComputing cleanup utility located here: www.nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall.exe. Download current version for XP from here: www.ncomputing.com/download/x300. Unpack the .ZIP file and install. Reboot and register.Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from the provided CD and upgrade. Simply install straight from the download file I provided in the link.
