The touchscreen on my LG XENON GR500 has stopped working.

simpliest way is to link it to your pc if you have the software suite. if not you need to bring it into your service provider and they can do it for you! let me know if this helped!

This is a common manufacturing error and can often be repaired by going to a touchscreen specialization store and getting them to replace the LCD screen. If this does not work I strongly suggest that you go to your local provider that you have your contract with and show them what is going on with your phone, and as if it can be replaced. Bright lights, if you leave your phone in the sunlight, it kills the LCD screen. And if you leave it in extreme heat, even in the shade, it can cause the screen to crack.

You can replace it yourself for about 20 to 30 dollars depending on what is cracked. If its the touchscreen, a replacement GR500 touchscreen runs about 20 dollars and the lcd screen runs about 30.

you have a 30 day warranty on your phone, i would just take it back and get another one

Contact LG, check Ebay, google it.

Try going into settings and go back to factory default,See if that resets your phone (but make sure you back up your contacts just in case you lose them.

There is no way. My touchscreen has stopped working several times and everytime fixes itself after a few hours. DO NOT let this phone ANYWHERE near moisture or water, the touch screen is very sensitive.
