I have an apex at2502sand it has a red key how can i unluck it

i need to unlock my tv

You have to hold the button that looks like a flag (top left) and press either the mute or video button. I don't remember which one 

worked just fine for me! thanks!!! 'function' key is in the top left hand corner

On the remote hold down the (F) function key and press mute.
