There is a button that should say SRC or Source. Pressing it scrolls through the modes. Press once to move to FM, another time to move to Satellite, etc.

Stop when you get to AUX.

Entered wrong code twice now locked out how do i unlock it i have no remote control

Do you have the right code? If so, try leaving the radio turned on for an hour or two. It should then be possible to enter the correct code.

The USB and Aux. connections are on the back of the unit. Here is a website with the specs for it.

Hy, can u help me? how I can change the safety code?

Do you know the code already or are you trying to bypass it? If you don't know it, this is what you need to do. (taken from Kenwood's website)

Q: How do I reset my security code?
A: If you do not know the security code for your unit, you will need to take the unit to a Kenwood authorized service center to have it decoded. The code feature can only be activated when the code has been entered twice, so it isn't accidentally activated. The service center will often require you to provide a proof of purchase as this feature is designed for theft prevention and the proof of purchase will ensure you are the rightful owner of the product.

Here is the link to find an authorized dealer able to reset the code.

I have a Kenwood Excelon KDC-X890 and somehow the AUX feature for my IPOD on the deck got turned off. How do I turn this back on?

From the stand by mode push the menu button. Scroll to the "Built in AUX" by pushing up or down on the Joggle. Now you can turn the function off or on by pressing to the right or left. Exit menu and Aux should be working.
