What is the factory Idle rpm for 22re efi engine

I've seen from 500 to 1500 RPM in all the manuals I've been through, depending on the year and application (truck/car). In personal experience, 650-800 RPM is acceptable warm operation range. This will also depend on elevation. Will go up to 1200-1500 RPM for cold starting. I live at about 2000ft and my '86 Pickup 22RE idles at 725-750 like a top after about a 3-4 min warm up @ 1250 RPM if it's cold (<45ish).

1992 toyota 22re fluids out and puts out a lot of fume out the exhast

Floods out.Multiple causes. How does it run when warmed up?Still stink?
Check injectors: Run the engine up to 3,000 RPM and turn off the key, while flooring the gas pedal. If engine still runs, the injector(s) are stuck open.
Also check for a vacuum leak-that will cause the engine to run very rich.
Also may be an open circuit in the temp sensor(computer side). The engine may think it's very cold and richen up the mixture.

If the slow idle is a recent change ... then of course you
need to find the problem.

Very hard to start and idles rough

Cold start injector could be bad, or you could have a small vacuum leak, like a cracked hose. A vacuum leak is most noticeable at idle, when engine cold.

Will only start with pedal pressed then idle fine

Try a new throttle position sensor or clean the plug going to it.

I have a 94 Toyota 22RE that starts fine runs for 45 sec and cuts off. Just replaced the fuel pump and still does the same thing. When I try to give it gas it seems like going to cut-off until I let off...

replace the throttle postion sensor also pull catalitic converter and clean out if it's plugged. You can remove the idle adjust screw and reset it but i would have to give you full proceedure to do that so post here for more detailed information.
