Try shifting the shift selector into Neutral first then try engaging 4wd low. If that doesn't work try shifting into 1st gear and then try engaging 4wd low. If not, you may want to check for a blown fuse.

Get 20-30 feet of heavy chain. Attatch bumper to large tree. Floor the gas. :(

Remove all eight small set screws (4) on each side in the fender wheel wells. Then remove the four secure bolts on undercarriage of bumper (4). Take a screw driver. (flathead) to the upper portions of both the left and right side of the bumper. Be careful....... These are extremely fragile and you may need to replace them before replacing the bumper. Then comes a bit unnerving part. Removal of the bumper........ (This scarred the **** out of me!!!!) just grab ahold of one of the corners, then gradually pull! That's it. The clips will come out gradually and evenly.

Hi, the only place that I would know to buy a oem part would be the factory dealership parts dept. The Chevrolet dealer. You may be able to get one at a 4x4 custom truck parts store. You're best bet is the dealer.

See if the turn signals work,and the flashers,the problem,is most likely in one of the flashers,they are stuck,the flasher.
