download the latest drivers, then restart pc, then turn on device, then hook up to usb, then go to start menu, then my computer, then find your device and double-click to open the files. Or go to media player 11, sync device and transfer the songs to music file.

Here is what i do first open computer icon, then click on on ur device it should open with how much free space is left then click it again a bunch of folders will open up. the drag the file you want to the correct folder. thats how i have to put vids and music on it espcial if you want acc file formate music.also what type of file is it music vid of docement. plz tell me then i can better under stand ur request.
You have to go to sonyericsson.com and go into downloads and download for free the program for that transfer.(as long as you have the usb cord and memory card for your phone) It's really easy to do,i've used it.
first off when you transfered them using the sonicstage software it put what are called digital media rights that locked that file to the pc that loaded it, dont worrie there is a way... open up the mp3 player in one window and find the music you want drag it over to your desktop, then get a program called tunebite and that should help
