Sounds like a jack issue. You may need to send the laptop in for service if you cannot replace the power jack yourself.

If not you can look for a more similar model. Most laptops are built the same way. I'm sure you are smart and can figure it out.

If you need want to buy a new power jack they cost about a dollar on ebay.

You might need a new battery....you could try removing the battery, plug laptop into ac and restarting. Or you might need a new DC power jack. turn on with battery if boot there problem is on the jack.
reset the bios battery .
check if u cut the mainboard during changing the jack.
