N7o is my phone..i cannot send sms and received calls its says emergency only? help me plz

Hello Sir plz go to main menu then go to settings and look for call barring option in any of the following submenu.

View missed, received, dialled calls Recent Calls Activate call waiting Settings > In-Call Setup Divert calls Settings > Call Divert Send or withhold number Settings > In-Call Setup > My Caller ID View own number Settings > Phone Status
and then from the CAll Barring menu select cancel

Please try this to find a solution to your problem. Go to Messaging window and select More. Select Settings and SMS account subsequently. Make sure that the 'Connection Type' is 'GSM preferred'. And in the 'SMS Service Center Address' check with your operator Customer Care and make sure the same number is entered. You could tell the Customer Care of your problem and that you wish to verify if your using the correct service center address.

Try a reset:
First turn it OFF, take the SIM card out.

Press * 3 send at the same time and turn phone on. Keep them pressed untill the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
