Ok try to use itunes software or windows media player. All you need is to import your songs in the library then connect your MP3 and synchronise. ok Cheers uttam

The music file you loaded into your MP4 player is missing the license file. This usually occurs if you've download the song from iTunes - therefore you need to use iTunes to transfer that song to the player. Does it work with an iPod?
i dont know the exact answer, but try making sure that the serial number is typed in correctly, and that the "sync automatically" box is checked under settings or prefrences. also make sure that its not the USB hub thats the problem.
What you need to do is to just connect the MP3 to your computer via USB port then wait for the computer to recognize the MP3 player then when its already recognize double click Mycomputer icon and you should see there the MP3 , just double click on it and copy and paste the MP3 songs that you like to put on it.........
go on limewire or itunes or where ever you go for music and download the songs that u want onto windos media player and select burn as an option on that page ,and an icon should pop up asking you if it is for an mp3 , click yes and it will complete your download
u don't need to download any software for it. you can download music onto the mp3 via windows media player. when in windows media player, select the sync button and plug in your mp3 via the USB port. media player will recognize the devise and you can download music that way.

You should also be able to download a music manager for loading music onto your player from the website. Windows media player works well. you can also use Rhapsody.
