I have formatted phone memory (thinking mobile had a software corruption problem) but it was not the cause. Can I retrieve/undelete/restore the files formatted - sometimes this is posible in other type of memories like cards or HD. 1. Do not save any new file to memory card.
2. Connect your card to computer. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in My Computer.
3. Download recovery software, recommended one is this photo recovery (simply because i was using it and it worked)

I am a computer repair technician by trade and what you explained is a common problem. Some data simply cannot be recovered from a corruption, it depends on how badly the data is actually corrupted. On computers you can retrieve deleted files and pictures.
If you format the disk all will be lost. All will be lost unless you use special programs to recover the files and data.

On digital cameras when you format the card, all is lost. Unless there is some kind of program to use on a computer, I know of nothing and no way to recover anything on formatted memory cards for digital cameras.
Formatting erases permanently with no way to recover.
Always make absolutely sure that you want to format the memory card.
