You could contact Facebook support and explain what happened and ask them to restore the account. Another option would be to create a new account. Pages are based on your login email address not your name. Change that from the original mail used and you should be able to use the same name. Example... if you used Kyle@yahoo originally, use a different one to set up a new page.

Do follow these steps to recover your password.

1) In the Facebook homepage , just below the Password text box you can see a link 'Forgotten your password?'. Click on that link.
You will be redirected to a new page containing a form.
2) Since you know the email address , do enter your mail id in the first box and click on 'Search' option at bottom.
3) A security check window will pop up and you just need to enter those words displayed and click Submit button.
4) If you have entered those words successfully you will get into the 'Reset Password' page in which your Profile Name, profile picture , email-id etc will be displayed.
5) If it's your ID itself , then click on the checkbox near mail id ( it may be clicked already) and select 'Reset Password' option.
A new randomly generated password will be sent to your e-mail ID then.

If that's not your ID , click on 'Not my account' option and you'll have to do from the STEP 2 onwards once again!

Step 4: In the next step you can enter your High School, College or other Learning Institutions, as well as your place of employment. Once you enter this information, Facebook will take you to a page displaying Facebook peeps that have similar information. You are given the option of selecting them as "friend".
Step 5: Once you select your friends from the people shown, you will be taken to a page where you are asked to enter where you live so that Facebook can place you in a Network. The city you enter may not be listed, but you will be given options of cities that they determine my be geographically close to you. Select one and your sign up process is complete. You will be immediately taken to the YOUR Facebook "home" page.
Step 6: Congratulations, you have successfully gotten started on Facebook. Now it is up to you to set up and edit your profile, continue adding friends and posting your activities. See my other articles on these next steps!
