Take out the battery, card and SIM and let it dry for one day, after that check, in case the keys still do not work, you need to get it checked in repair center.

Dropped my storm in water :/

The best way to get any and all moisture out of the phone and out of under your screen, put it in a bowl of rice(uncooked) and it will soak up all the humidity. I did that with my blackberry and it worked awesome. However I can't get my buttons to work, I took it apart, but it is all dry.

Keys Not Working after Water

there is an area under the track ball that goes bad if it get's wet. Cleaning that area with a brush can sometime get it up and running again. If you're out of warranty try to remove the trackball and clean the area below it if necessary. There is a Blackberry Repair Guide that shows how to open a Blackberry and remove the track ball yourself.

Keys not working

if you havent tried this before, do a hard reset, take the battery out etc. if you have done that or if this doesnt work, run the application loader on the blackberry desktop manager that is on that CD that came with the phone.

double click the application loader icon on the screen and the application loader wizard will pop up....just keep pressing next until it comes to a white screen where it says no actions are requried....select advanced. select the first box that says erase all application data and select next. after that, select the fist butotn and the check box below that says automatically back up.

at this point, keep clicking next. its going to uninstall and reistall all of your data. it shouldnt delete anything unless theres a system glitch. but bassically youre doing a master reset. unless you spilled water on the keypad, this should fix the issue.
