If your magic wand is not vibrating anymore, there might be a few potential reasons for this:
Battery: The battery may be dead or running low. Try charging or replacing the battery to see if this solves the issue.
Motor: The motor in the wand may be worn out or damaged, preventing it from vibrating. This can happen over time with frequent use.
Wiring: There may be an issue with the wiring inside the wand that is preventing it from vibrating.
As for the light still working, it is possible that the light and vibration functions of the wand are controlled by different components.
If you are unable to determine the cause of the issue, it may be best to contact the manufacturer or a professional repair service for assistance.
Have you tried pushing it down to see if it comes up? Have you tried going to see if there is anything wrong with the Wand itself like a spring gone wrong or something? A camera person can look at the Vu Point Magic Wand and give you a proper diagnosis.
There is probably a software driver that needs to be downloaded to interface between the magic wand and your computer. Go to the manufacturers web site and see if they have one.
Your VuPoint Magic Wand scanner should have come with a USB cable. Use the cable to connect the scanner to your PC, and the memory card in the scanner appears as a removable drive in Windows Explorer. Deleting files from the card is just like deleting files in any Windows folder -- just highlight them and press the Delete key.
The battery cover is the silver-colored "hump" on the right side of the scanner. Just slide it to the right, and it'll unhook from the scanner, giving you access to the battery compartment.
yuo want to know how to use the crop tool and the magic wand?
crop tool works just like everything else it works like it does in word powerpoint ect
the magic wand this selects the areas which are the same colour which are touching each other
imagine in a picture filled with back the corners are white but the white corners are not touching each other when you click on one of the white corners with the magic wand then that whole white secon of that corner will be selected
and to make that into a layer you can either copy that selection or cut it from the original by right clicking and selecting either layer via cut or layer via copy

If your wand is N American then "don't do it" 220 through a 110/120 will fry all the magic out of it. You could get a step down transformer 220 to 110. Plug that into the 220 socket and plug your magic wand charger into that.
The cost would not be worth it though ... buy some more magic that is 220. be happy ... not sorry :-)
