I have a document that has a table in it and within that table I've written an IF statement. This doc is loaded in another software that when executed it will display data based on fields that are inputted in the doc. I've bookmarked the different text to go along with my IF statement. The IF statement looks like this: {IF {Text1}= OTHER {Text3}....There are 2 other statements just like that. The problem I'm having though is that the text I want to display from the IF statement needs to be hidden in the table. When I execute the doc it doesn't display the text where the IF statement is at because it's hidden. How can I get it to display the hidden text without un-hiding the other text?

    It's not in Excel, instead it's in MS Word 2007. I have to create the document in Word so that I can upload it to another application for my work.

The option that i can c is try keep the statement in another worksheet in the same workbook and re-frace/re-work ur formula....if can send me the file then i can have a look at that... i have been using various spreadsheets since 1986, begning from lotus123/QuatroPro then XL....
so have fair idea how it may be worked out...

HOW TO USE A FLASH DRIVE
what type of data?? multimedia data or written website documents?? if multimedia then its simple just copy and paste it to the inserted flash drive that will be shown in "My Computer" under removable devices. OR if it is website written document then copy the written statements and save it as a ms word document then send the file likewise to the flash drive!! You can do it yourself if you just surf through your desktop!!

Try Ctrl + c (copy) then go to your word doc and Ctrl + v (paste) to paste into your document.
If this does not work then the WEB site has prevented copying this document.
You will need to print the WEB document and then type the info into your document.

When I copy my bank statement into a word doc and try to edit it, it locks up for 30 seconds or so every time I press enter to move a line of print down. Should I remove and download my office 2007 again?
Hi, If it only happens with your bank statement then the problem is not with Word. Try pasting the statement into the document using the "Paste Special" option and paste as Text or other format.
Try to see if there are any hidden lines in the document.

How can I open a word 2003 doc or ppt in word 2007
Office 2007 will open 2003 word documents. Use open , to the bottom right pick 97-2003 docs, it will show only theses documents. Click open and the document will open. Your Instructor might have Microsoft Works if Document does not ope. The i nstructor should download compatibility software from Microsoft for Office 2007 and load. Then He could use save as a 2007 document.
