I need to set up a mass email to about 300 customers. Yahoo kicked me off the last time we tried. I resorted to using my personal Cox email, but I need to know how to do this at our yahoo email!

It is not uncommon for a person to have more than one email account.
Most email service providers offer their customers a way to import email contacts and messages from other email accounts into the account maintained by the provider.

Some email service providers, such as Gmail and Yahoo Mail, have an email migration tool built in to their email interface.

Other providers, such as Comcast, direct their customers to use the TrueSwitch email migration tool.

Log in to your Gmail account.


Open the Gmail settings menu by clicking the pinwheel icon located in the top right corner of the window. Select "Mail setting."

Go to the "Accounts and Import" tab.
Click "Import mail and contacts."
Follow the on-screen instructions to import your address book from another email account into your Gmail account. Import Address Book Into Yahoo Mail Account

Log in to your Yahoo mail account. Click "Contacts."
Open the "View" drop-down menu. Select "All Contacts."
Open the "Tools" drop-down menu. Select "Import."
Click "Others."
Follow the on-screen instructions to import your address book from another email account into your Yahoo mail account.

Sorry to hear you're having problems with Yahoo.
Did you email them?
Did Yahoo remove the account?
Did you share your password by accident? - think back hard
Did you put your account information to see the 'adult pictures of a new member?
Please check all of these - if no - then try again slowly - the last known configuration
Try this as a last resort - try to get the account as a new user - as if the account user name wasn't taken ans see what Yahoo does then.

If nothing else works go to log in and when it ask 'can't get into your account' click on that and follow prompts and then email Yahoo customer service [ ya it's a joke but all you got now.

Sometimes these problems are browser enabled. What browser are you using to surf the internet. If your are using Internet Explorer, I'll advice that you use Google chrome or Firefox.

Any of these browser could solve the problem.

You must setup Outlook to use cox POP and SMTP servers for email. Contact cox to get these settings.

I think its impossible, as a last resort you can try writing to yahoo customer care if they can help.

this you need to contact yahoo for assistant.
you can alway redirect your mail form cox.net to yahoo.com. it should have the set up in your mail porfile. login ot your yahoo account and see if you find the setup. if not. type help and ask for "mail redirect"
