The phone is locked to T Mobile Uk. You need to get the unlock code from T Mobile Uk or google for unlocking htc wildfire or just do a search on xda developers site if you can find for answer to unlock the phone freely

hello sir this is provider locked handset and for this called in indian market COUNTRY LOCK and solution is unlock from market. here is no solution for can solve by hand becoz flashing device is necessary for do it.

You will need to approach 3 UK to get this phone unlocked. The only alternative is to visit a DM3 unlocking point (search google for DM3). You will not get unlock codes for this phone except from 3 UK.

You can unlock it by flashing your mobile if your mobile is a CDMA mobile...

Therestrictioncode can be got from your old service provider..This restriction code iskept to prevent someone who stole themobile from using it with anotherprovider...

You're probably trying to use a SIM card from a network not supported by the country you're in.
Some networks don't have a roaming agreement between two or more networks service providers to enable the users of one service provider to use their services.

Purchase a new SIM card from a popular network in that country. Ask them to unlock your phone at the same time, because it might be locked on the original network, like Orange, Vodafone, t-mobile etc...
