My pc is dell and my phone is sgh-u600.operation sistem on my pc is vista.i want send files from phone to pc but i can't.what shoud i do?

SGH U600 means a Samsung phone you have. Have you installed Samsung PCStudio? This studio controls the phone and PC operations. Once installed on the PC/laptop your phonee can be connected either with a USB cable or through BlueTooth. When connected you can start the file manager of PCStudio and transfer any number of files to and fro the PC. You can also edit the video, pic files through PCStudio.
