All the buttons on my bb 9630 stopped working. im getting a replacement under warranty. i set everything to save to the sd card. will sms, email, contacts be carried to the new phone?

I've never used a BB storm 9530, but if phone/sms is working but data is not you do not have the APN settings for Net10. The correct APN Settings are here: http://apn-settings.com/net10-apn-settings-easy-setup-guide/

Try to unlock your blackberry network using blackberry tour 9630 unlock code for your original network sim card. Example : if your original network sim card at&t, use blackberry unlock code for at&t network. If your network still no service signal, reflash your blackberry phone.

This is a problem due to corrupt file or bad file on the memory card.
First of all, try to use a card reader and see if the card works in your computer. If it works, copy everything on computer and then format the card and try to use it in mobile again. You can copy the data back to card if it is working.
However, if the card is not working in the computer, only solution is to format the card. You will LOSE all the data on the sd card but it will work again in the mobile. Later, you can use free recovery software to recover your deleted pictures and videos from memory card.

If you have a lot of SMS may be a cause of slow openings try to delete some older sms to release some memory

You should be able to delete from the Voice Note Recorder screen. If it keeps playing, hit Stop to get it to stop playing, then hit the BlackBerry button and choose Delete.

Did that work?

Applications > Options (wrench) > Password > You can either set Password to Disabled, or change Security Timeout up to 1 hour. Set Lock Handheld Upon Holstering to No as well. Hit BB Menu Button and choose Save.

when there is any changes made in the settings make sure you save those settings changed .....
Imagine you have changed the settings in profiles, make sure you select on menu button and click on save option ..
By doing this the settings will be saved and you will not recieve any alerts

It sounds like you have overridden the MMS settings provided by TMobile. Have they resent these settings to you? Save these as you did previously, and you should be able to carry on.

Check you have send via MMS option from a contact in your address book.

sounds like you need to set up the WaP settings this and address they use so that email and texting can be used
on your phone and most black berry BB use the same wap
for your BB you set the WaP threw security with the tech of your service provider they will give you info on that to set it up

now for the BB there is a setting if you already have the services it states in service provider if you did not set your service code by registering it with in 48 hours even after a wipe you will need to have a new code installed
after 48 hours of a wipe your services are whats the word scrapped and then you have to set services back up threw service provider this will bring back the tzones and browsers

in your BB there is a registration button once you click this after your services you know works will register back all info and place appropriate icons back on the face desktop
