Check the sill, there should be drain holes, they may be plugged, use a small wire or coathanger to clear them.

The windshield metal post from the roof to the bottom

That is the one with the drivers door catch

The roof down to the door sill on the rear door of a car
or rear window downward is called a C-pillar

You may hear those terms if you watch a NASCAR race

The door sills are the metal sometimes covered with plastic

You may see rubber or some type covering just past the hinges

Take a look for a corroded splice in teh driver's side door sill. There are 2 places, 1st is up by the A pillar, this is a blue w/ white stripe wire.

The other ( that seems to be on SuperCabs ) is a purple splice by the c pillar

the splice is 2 wires in on one side, and a single wire on the other. The splice is covered is something that resembles hockey tape, and holds water, if it gets in the door sill.

No power to Drivers Seat Pedals and Power Mirrors.

If you pull the driver's side door sill, you should find a splice ( 1 wire to 2 wires ) that is corroded.
Some what common, water gets into the door sill and cannot drain out, and the splices pay the price.
You will need to cut the splice apart, solder in a new piece of wire, and you will want to use marine heat shrink tubing on them.
This is the typical ( not only ) locations

1994 Pontiac Grand Am gets water pooling on the floor even on sunny days-front driver's side. Windshield is fine. No smell or color to the water. Level of water increases the longer it sits.

You need to check under the car for rust holes in the chassis or up under the door sills or wheel wells. Its that or a chassis seal is gone.

Water in chassis from rain. When I accelerate or decelerate I can hear water rushing back and forth on both the drivers side and passenger side after a heavy rain. I took the trim off just under the door...

Water could be in the sill sections. There are usually several drains in every door and box section but the sill drains tend to be small and easily blocked by factory applied sealer as much as mud and dirt.
Sometimes a drain has to be "modified" and sometimes a new temporary or permanent drain must be produced.

The water location might be pinpointed by jacking the vehicle in certain ways while stationary.

1999 Dodge Durango....it has started leaking under driver mat?

I have water coming from under the dashboard as well when the A/c is running. My fathernlaw is a mechanic and he thinks the drain for thea/c is plugged underneath. He says you must have the vehicle on the hoist and get it from underneath. I am having other issues with my Dodge caravan, and is been in the shop, so I have not had a chance to get under and look at it and try to fix it

Water problems

I have a 2006 MX5 sport. The car has experienced water into the boot which was due to a blocked drain that is located just behind the driver bulkhead. When you release and secure the hood back you can see a small grill that the roof drains into on both sides of the roof bay. Firstly you can try to put warm water down, you can then see the water collecting before draining away just below the grill. If this doesn't work (as was my case) I firstly moved the plastic fittings gently apart and vacuumed out the area (ensure it is dry- don't electrocute yourself) then got a garden hose and found the drain hole that is easy to find (you'll need a small torch). Using the hose (without the valve on the end) and crimping it to vary the pressure I flushed out the debris that had collected in the drain pocket (looked like leaves and sludge, similar to the gutters). The drain comes out under the right and left underside of the car. All in all about 1 hrs work most of which was getting the hose and hoover out!

Hope this helps.
