You should try taking out the battery and then putting it back in. Then hold the power (the red phone button) button for about 5-7 seconds. If the screen STILL doesn't show, then I'm afraid that there is a hardware problem and you should take it back to the place where you bought it.

it has a FPC problem, just go to the LG service centre and get it repaired
