I have the AOM:titans expansion that is supposed to have the regular AOM in it. Well everytime i load it up it says it needs the base product which im guessin means the regular AOM. I even checked at the store and they dont make it anymore. What do i have to do to get thsi to work??????

Have you tried running a memory test from your startup menu? it sounds like a internal memory problem, there is nothing wrong with the game.

I'm not sure if you mean the actual product code how the game is bought or the product key where you install the game with.

If you mean the exact product code (that gets read to buy the product, so NOT for installing the game) for AoM: the titans (the expansion only) it is 805529486478
I myself have a package that include both titans and the regular AoM, and for that it is 805529879355.

If you do not mean the product code but the product key code (TO INSTALL THE GAME), then you should look above your CD, usually it shows "product key" and then 25 letters and numbers. Type that code in to install. If it is not above your CD in the CD box, then look on the backside of your manual.
A CD product key is personal and all codes are unique, meaning if you use the code once, you can't use it again, meaning you can only use your own code, and you cannot for example google it.

I hope it helped. Usually these two get confused, but I think you mean the second one to install it, because the product key isn't good for anything really, except finding the game on a database.

Have you tried when on the main menu clicking "more", then "update titans"?

You need to know that your system is up to running the software, the requirements should be included on the game. Sorry but I can't give better information as I don't have that game.

I already had the base unit and 2 additional handsets, but one month ago, two of the handset do not charge the battery,

I leave the phones charging for 24 hours, and certainly not reached using 5 minutes and dies

I place it in the base load, and loading sign appears, showing up not being charged as well because if I leave it 24 hours Supposed to be loaded.
