I have a model #2981844A high chair manufactured between 04 and 08, we are unable to read the manufacturing date clearly. What we can see says Feb 2 2008. Well I was hauling the high chair in my pickup truck and it came flying out tonight. The truck behind me missed most of the chair but destroyed the adjustable tray and the clear insert tray. Hello. I don't know if you have figured this out yet, but there is a webpage called Productsamerica.com - they have kits you can buy. I just purchased a crib the other day that was made by Simmons as well.. although I do not need replacement parts I found that webpage while searching the internet trying to find info about my crib. I can't find anything when I type in the model number nor can I actually figure out when it was manufactured! Hope this helps.
