I cant hear anything making or recieving calls on my LG VU cu920 what do i do?

the file could have a virus, for that update your anti-virus or install one. or your ear piece in the phone is bad

the speaker earpiece have been gone

media messaging needs to be included in your phone plan with the provider. NOT just text messaging.
