Hello,

Sounds like those two of the channels are blown. There is really nothing that can be done about that other than having an expert repair it. You might as well buy a new one tho, or just use it as it is.

You could look at all the fuses in it, make sure there not blown (they will be black and the little metal piece inside the plastic will be broke or cracked)

Can I run 2 12 inch 2ohm fosgate and a 4 ohm 12 on a rockford fosgate 401s 1200 watt amp

Yes. Wire the two 2 Ohm speakers in series and connect them to one channel. Connect the 4 Ohm speaker into the other channel. This will give you a balanced 4 Ohm load on each channel.

What would cause 1 channel of a Rockford Fosgate T800.4ad 4 channel Amp to fry speakers while there are no such problems with the other 3 channels?

Question: what starts to smoke, the speaker or the amp? I'm assuming it's the amp. It cant be a fuse because that's what fuses are for to cut the power on an overload or surge. I would have a look at you circuit board for the amp My guess is what you;ll find is a burnt spot on the board and that will tell you what component is bad and needs replacing. Good Luck

How do I hook up my inside speakers and sub's to

if setup 4 channel amp with low pass filter for the sub channel and other 2 channels for speakers with no filter, some amp you can use amp as 3 way if one or two subs, bridging output will give you more power for the sub. be aware that bridging 2x4ohm subs will give you 2 ohms and potentially damage the amp.

2 channels not working on 4 channel amp

Well firstly are you using a parametric crossover with your radio and how much rca cables do you have coming you head unit (car radio) if you going to bridge the front up with you rear speakers u wont be able 2 hear the rear speakers try hookinking it up 2 your head unit's front speaker output and have ur rca cable connected to your amp running on your rear output of your head unit by doing this you can use your fader on your head unit to control your front and rear speakers
