Dash twitching and stero no power

Check your fuse boxes, usually one under the hood and one under the steering wheel, might have just blown a fuze somewhere along the line.

I have a 2000 Ford Escort, and i have been having issues with the speedometer not working..then today i realized my fuel gauge, miles, and the c/h guage doesnt work?..is this a fuse problem?

yes there are fuses and relays the correspond to the dash gauges fuses are located generaly in 2 places kick box by your left foot, and under the hood fuses and relays this is general on most cars since its more than 1 item it probley a connection came lose start checking from the fuse box till were the main wire branches off to seperate wires. always good to have a can of electrical parts wash. auto parts store runs about 9$ to 14$. carefully pull apart connectors spray a little let dry and put back together. if that dont work you may have a short while you are in that very dificult possition with a flashlight looking up under your dash look for any signs of water or rust

None of the gauges (speedometer, gas, oil, temp).

check the fuses and fuse link wires by the battery pull the fuse link wire with your finger if it feels spongy or comes apart in your hand you need to replace it with a new fuse link wire

Speedometer, Odometer, Oil Pressure Gauges are out

it could be a fuse....since a fuse is use just incase you get an overflow in current...and this prevents damage to gauges......

yeah check it first.....
