You can finda different way to end call/ If you got to like call settings, it asks how you want to hang up. I only have to sldie my phone closed. can't help with teh resyt.

did the speaker on the back get wet or get punctured somehow?

I would suggest you to return it to Pantech and try to get a software upgrade (if there is!). Although, I would recommend you NOT to use it. Even if the Pantech exchange it for a new one, the same problem will happened in a day or two.

has it gotten wet? have you tried restarting it and taking out the battery? It could just be a faulty phone if that didn't work and it hasn't been wet. you can get it replaced most likely

Try performing a hard-reset. Take the battery out of the phone for at least a minute and hold down the power button for at least ten seconds afterwards. Replace the battery and turn the phone on, and it will have hopefully cleared up the problem.

it's a very common issue for the matrix. there is no know fix for this as far as i know. i have the same problem. it's very irritating.

All you do is go to the MENU then Click SETTINGS then go to PROFILES then click that and then click VIBRATE AND RING then go to OPTIONS then go to CUSTOMIZE then scroll down to where it says KEY VOLUME and put it to SILENT. then go back to OPTIONS and click SAVE and your done. Every key button you press is silent! But im asia and i really like the xenon betta. Oh and im 12 years old!
