To locate the bluetooth inside the blackjack 1607 is quite simple, all You need to do is to:

1. Go to the phones menu,
2. Select the settings,
3. From the settings option, select the connectivity,
4. Then from the connectivity, You will see the bluetooth,
5. Once You select the bluetooth, an option will come out for You to turn it on or off,
6. Select the one of choice according to when You want to use it or turn it off.

IT sounds like a software glitch.
the phone will most likely need a hard reset to repair it.
Sadly this will delete all of the personal data on your phone, and reset the phone to its factory defaults.
To perform a manual Hard Reset, press the Up Navigation key and the (Power) key.

one the top left where you turn down your speaker volume when off the phone turn that all the way down but it will also turn down your ringtone if im right

This is actually a bug in the BlackJack II's firmware. If you power the BlackJack II off, but you're unable to power back on, try removing the battery for about 10 seconds, then reinsert the battery and power back on. The power button should work now.

(At the moment there's no permanent fix for this.)

Does that adequately resolve the issue?
Are you turning the BlackJack II off to conserve battery? While flying? Something else?

Charge the battery.. just in case.

i dropped my phone and dont know how to turn it back on =(

to use bluetooth on the BlackJack II, press the button on the top once, choose wireless manager, and select bluetooth to turn it of or on. then click menu and go to add new device. on the other cell phone, turn it;s visibility on. there you go! they will discover eachother and you can seng files.

Scroll down to where it says phone off. Then hit OK or the middle button on the fromt side circle. Go to turn phone on. Wala...if that does not work try selecting your network from the -start-settings-phone options- network-then select your network

Reset the phone, turn off leave it for 10 mins and on. Log in again..
