When I talked to Sprint, I was told that it would work if I would buy a usb cable and program for $65. I have not done this, so I don't know if it is a solution. When I talked to Sprint, I was told that it would work if I would buy a usb cable and program for $65. Re: music not downloading from memory card to phone
The music is probably corrupted data
the best thing to do is go to a store and get a song which is like a dollar and ask the person to show you how to get the music. thats how i did it.

Downloading music onto memory cards allows you to conveniently transport and store your digital audio. Some personal computers come equipped with built-in memory card readers. However, external devices still provide download capability for those who do not own memory card-ready computers. In either case, the drag and drop process allows you to store your favorite music onto memory cards. Instructions
Insert the memory card into an external memory card reader or device associated with the memory card, such as a PDA.
Connect the external memory card reader or device to your computer using a USB cable. Insert one end of the USB cable into the USB port on the external memory card reader or device. Insert the other end of the USB cable into the USB port on the computer.
Wait for the computer to recognize the external memory card reader or device. You will access the external memory card reader or device as if it were a drive in your file manager. Skip Steps 1 through 3 and insert the memory card directly into your computer's built-in memory card reader if applicable.
Open the file icon for the memory card reader or device to view its file contents as a folder.
Open the folder containing the digital audio file you wish to download to the memory card.
Drag and drop your desired digital audio file into the memory card reader or device's open file folder.
Does your phone come with a memory card. It's easier to transfer songs to the memory card thru a memory card reader than the cable. Just create a folder named Music in the memory card then place the songs there then insert on your phone. It will automatically be detected when you refresh the music player of your phone.
In that case please remove the memory card from the phone and insert it into the adapter and insert the adapter into the PC you want to copy songs from. Copy all the songs and reinsert the card into the phone. And you are done.
first insert your card to computer, use card reader your card will show as removable disk
if the card was show, open windows explorer, search music that you wan to download to card
select the music file that you want to insert to card
right at file that you select then click copy
after that go to removable disk drive, open it, open the folder music/sound
at that folder right click and click at paste
and you done the process download from computer to card
eject your card from your computer
insert your card to the phone and you canplay music at your phone
are you downloading a music through computer via USB cable or by inserting a memory card in a card reader? yesterday i have a customer his phone is sony ericsson C905...what i did is i removed the memory card... inserted it to the card reader in i download some mp3's to the computer.... that's it..
I downloaded music to a memory card with my PC (the music has to be in mp3 format, windows media format (wma) does not work from what I was told by the AT&T guy). Then I inserted the memory card into my phone. I did the same thing with some jpg picture files.
Your music may be located in a folder your phone doesnt recognize...that happend to me at first.
First you want to format your memory card through your phone. This will place the required folders on the card.
I used Windows media player to sync the music on my computer to the memory card using a media port on my computer. (just inserting the card directly to my computer). Once music was downloaded I looked at the card through "my computer", and noticed folders...one named "Music" and the other named "My Music". I moved the files from "Music" to My Music". Reinserted the card into my phone and the phone picked them up.
Hi By default, it may go to the phone memory unless it asked you where you want to put your download file. If they don't ask then it will save your file into your phone memory by default. go to Music -->Audio or Music or scrol down to Memory Card. You need to format your memory card first when you first insert it into your phone then after that you can perform the downloading so you will b able to see where the download file goes. Good Luck
If you have the micro sd card, insert it into your phone. then:
1. Go to the settings section in your phone and highlight memory. Format your memory card so it will be recognized by your phone. **(this will delete all current data on your phone)**
2. Directly insert card into computer or by using an adaptor.
3. Go to "my computer" and find the card.
4. Open the music folder and drag and drop mp3 files.
music loaded onto sd card but coming up no music found on the phone
