I have a strong hunch that what you're refering to is Condensation that is on the outside of the air conditioning tubes. These tubes can get really cold and the moisture in the air can condense the water into ice on the pipes, then when you stop, it warms up and the ice melts and appears to be water dripping from your car.
After running your a/c for a while with the car running, stop and open the hood and check the aluminum tubing near the firewall. If it's icey and melting off, this is quite normal and nothing to be worried about..

Is there a condensate drain for blower motor compartment under the dash of a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD?

Look for cracked sealant between the firewall and the body near the A post. Look under the bug screen by the wiper arms.I had 18 new Buicks that all leaked water with missing sealant in the seams where the firewall joined the A post. The case that hold the heater core and the AC evaporator has a gasket on both sides of the firewall. The gasket will allow water into the cab if some of the mounting bolts shake loose ot the gasket dries out. It's only paper.

Ac overflow tube is blocked, leaking water into passenger side. Where do I find it to unblock it?

tube is located under the car on the passenger side near or on the firewall be careful not to puncture anything up inside there. and dont be directly under it when trying to unclog it. it will drench you.

Drain is likely plugged up. Clear it out with either air pressure or a coat hanger.

Air conditioner leaks on floor

Sounds like the outside drain is stopped up.
There should be a tube coming out of the firewall near the passenger floor.

Water leaking from ac on passenger side front floor board on 2006 Dodge Stratus.

Look for an evaporator drain that is clogged. You'll find it on the firewall possibly on the underside of the car. It will look like a hose that is coming out of the car and is connected to nothing. You can try sticking a coat hanger gently in the hose to try and dislodge whatever is blocking it, usually leaves.

Water puddling on Passenger side

The water is probably coming from the air conditioner. There is a drain tube that is supposed to let the water condenstion get out of the system, but the tube sometimes gets plugged. Look on the engine side of the firewall, usually below where the a/c lines go in for a tube coming out of the firewall that is not connected to anything. Make sure that tube is clear.

Water dripping from behind the firewall on passenger side - looks like a drain. what is the water from

If it is clean water then your A/C condensation drain is stopped up and overflowing into the car.If it is coolant then your heater core is leaking and will need replaced. To clean the drain just push a wire or coathanger in and out it a few times or compressed air.You can access it from under the car, it comes out at the bottom of the firewall.

97 Buick Regal - Fill Coolant Light came on, the tank was drained to the bottom. When I fill up the radiator reserve tank the fluid is coming out of a small, 1/2 inch diameter maybe, black rubber hose...

The heater core inside the passenger compartment is leaking. The water is draining through the Air Conditioner condensor drain tube. Don't plug the drain tube, the passenger side floor will get wet.

First, drain cooling system (or be quick) and disconnect the two heater hoses that are going into the firewall and splice the ends together with a 5/8" garden hose splicer.
The leak will stop, but your heater will not heat the interior.

Replace the heater core....
