Hello Ramon, your belt tension pulley will have a nut on it that is used to relax the belt tension. Crank the nut counterclockwise, remove the belts...remove the tensioner hardware affixing it to the engine block and replace.

Could be the brakes . could be the serpentine belt on one of the accessories. Like the air conditioner pump or the alternator.

I really can't see much from this photo since it is so small. It this the connection to a pressure switch? If it is making a good connection it should not be your problem, but clip the nylon tie and check it to make sure.

I just read the manual. There are two fuse boxes It is in the fuse box near the battery.

The blower motor is under the dash where the passengers feet go. If you look, you can see the motor. Check the fuses first and if they are ok, smack the motor housing and see if it starts..You can remove the screws that hold the motor and it will drop out. Unhook the electrical connection and take it into an autoparts store. They are about 100 dollars. They wear out the brushes and stop turning, it is common.
