Are you aware of the recall? No maker or model number given, just the wattage, so it is difficult to help. 'Crock Pot is a maker name but also a generic name for a 'slow cooker', like I am going to Hoover my floor with my new Dyson. The search query for this would be

You are probably looking for a heating element, but there may also be a thermal cut out fuse.

BTW, I noticed that the informercial and website says that you can pressure can in that pressure cooker. That is actually not safe to do, there are no USDA-approved pressure canning processing times for electric pressure cookers. Here is a comsumer alert with details:
