How do i set up my kindle

If it's a Fire Tablet, swipe your finger top to bottom on the screen. Tap Settings. Tap Help. Tap Users Guide. Tap Getting Started. Follow the directions. The Fire Basics is a nice feature to explore.

If your Kindle is previously owned, swipe the screen, tap Settings, tap My Account. Tap Deregister. Follow screen directions.

Normally, there are no sensitivity adjustments in common android phones. Since you have not specified the model and the make of your mobile, I cannot directly answer you. But there are phone models that does not require forced touch to carry out its operations.

Examples : SONY, APPLE, SAMSUNG, LG..etc

I cannot get internet on my LG CU920, can you help?

To setup the Access Point

Go to the Main Screen
Tap the Menu key (4 dot button)
Tap on the Settings tab (fourth tab)
Select More
Select Connection
Select Network Profiles
Select New
For the Connection Title enter #Profile then tap OK
Tap Authentication and tap on #Authentication
For the User Name enter #Username then tap OK
For the Password enter #Password then tap OK
For the APN enter #InternetAPN then tap OK
Tap Save

To setup the Browser

Go to the Main Screen
Tap the Menu key (4 dot button)
Tap on the Utilities tab (second tab)
Select MEdia Net
Select Browser Settings
Select Accounts
Select New (Top right)
For the Account Name enter #Profile then tap OK
For the Homepage enter #Homepage then tap OK
Tap Connection Mode and then tap #ConnectionMode
For the Proxy Address enter #InternetProxy then tap OK
For the Proxy Port Number enter #InternetPort then tap OK
Tap Network Profile then tap the Profile created above
Tap Save
Tap the profile just created then tap Activate

The internet is now setup. Please obtain all of the necessary information from your mobile service provider.

Carrying the laptop from the left side freezes the screen. Nothing wrong with the hard drive. Possible shorting somewhere?

It sounds like a poor connection on the motherboard to screen cabling.
Get an authorised Sony repair service centre to take a look at it.

How do you set up speed dial on the LG OPTIMUS cell phone?

From the LG Optimus S Manual:

Assigning Direct Dialing Numbers
Speed dialing, as available in other feature phones, is
not available. However, you are able to directly save a
contact to your Home screen.
To set a contact as Direct dial:
1. Press (Home Key) >(Menu Key) > Add > Shortcuts > Direct dial.
2. Tap a contact from your Contact List. The contact
will be shown on the Home screen.
Direct Dial-
Simply tap the contact on the Home screen.

To activate automatic screen and keylock:

From the Home screen, tap the applications bar.
Tap Settings > Sound & display.
Scroll to Display settings and tap Screen timeout.
Select an option and tap OK.

To lock the screen:

Press the Power key.

To unlock the screen:

Press the Home key or Power key to activate the phone.
Drag your finger along the path.

Tip: You can change the path direction, by touching and holding at the top of the path and then flicking to the left or right.

Black Screen

The first thing I would do after turning the computer on is check to see if the video output is being directed to the LCD screen. The output can be directed using the Fn key along with the key with the picture of the 2 monitors on the Function keys at the top of the keyboard. Hold down the Fn key and tap the other key once or twice,
Next, hook the computer up to an external monitor. Do the same thing with the Fn key to see if it's the LCD screen.
If the external monitor works, then you haven't correctly hooked up the LCD screen or it's bad.

Tap Settings on the home screen. Tap General. Tap Auto-Lock. Set to “Never.”
Tap Settings on the home screen. Tap Brightness. Turn Auto-Brightness off.

Motorola a1200 screen calibration

If the screen calibration is way off then it seems that you can't even click on the crosshair during screen calibration. However, tapping on the crosshair does seem to adjust the calibration a little in the right direction each time, it's just not obvious that anything happened. So the trick is just to keep trying - gently and repeatedly tap the same spot on the crosshair for several seconds - eventually the screen will calibrate.

my hp5550 when i plug it in some times it start's to boot then it will go to the setup screen telling me to tap crosshair to set it up then it shuts down. it will not charg up the battery. or it will not power up at all

Hello.

To reset your TomTom device, do the following:

Check that the battery is charged properly.
Charge your device for at least 2 hours before trying to turn it on again. Make sure the charging light on your device is on.
Remove the SD card
If your device uses an SD card, remove it.
Reset your device.
Use a straightened paper clip, or something similar, to push the reset button for 15 seconds. On your model, the reset is on the bottom of the GPS.
Turn your device on.
Press the On/off button for at least 5 seconds.
Insert the SD card
If your device uses an SD card, insert the SD card.

This is a common problem on all TomTom GPS units it is a problem in the operating program of the GPS, the 1st thing you need to do is press the reset button, if the problem persists after that you will need
to call TomTom support to see if any updates are avil to address this problem, I could not find anything but perhaps they haven't published t to the internet yet, but in any case i suggest ou contact the support center fro your GPS, they are the only only one that can supply any updated software.
