Jennair says the fix is easy. It is a 'stuck' key which is causing a 'short' which actually isn't, but permanently on, closed circuit, you will need to get under the keys and clean them with electrical switch cleaner. Or you buy a new button module and control board for 1,000 bucks, thank you for buying Jennair!

by he tried the eraser for freeing the stuck button you mean he cleaned the mylar ribbion then my best advice from my experence is replace them both that way youve got it on one teardown its almost impossable to nail it to just one part
