My phone is sonyericsson P990i and if sombody tyied to send me a music true bluetooth it will tell me busy for a period of time and i doin't know what the problem is, and can u help me with that by sending a music or picture message.

i am using se k700 since 1 yr. now the thing is that I has forgetten my phone lock code number the thing is that, when i tried to master reset my phone it doesnt reset, and it accepts only one sim card so pls help me out to try this problem
