You have to contact your network operator to get your GPRS activated. If already activated, then proper MMS setting have to be defined in your mobile. If your mobile model is a standardised model then you will receive the settings automatically from your network operator. Or else you have to define the MMS profile manually be getting manual settings from your network operator. Then you can send MMS using this profile provided MMS is already activated for your mobile number.
last time i had to do this i rang up my service provider eg (optus or telstra etc) n tell them u want to enable MMS settings...they'll ask u what modle phone u have etc then they should sms a link to ur phone...u open it and save it and u should be able to send mms...i think their called WAP settings
if you call your network provider, tell them you got this phone but it wont do MMS, they will send you the configeration settings via a text message, then you just simply follow there instructions, only takes like 10 mins from start to finish x
Is your internet and text messageing for incomming and outgoing working? If it is you will need to contact your carrier and let them know...they will collect some information from you and send it off to thier engineers to have your issue fixed...it might be something as simple as you need the correct feature or settings on your account adjusted. Also if it's unlocked...there's no guarantee that the internet will work on another carriers network therefore it limits what other features you can use...such as mms (which is one part internet and one part text message). Good luck
