Question about Nokia Cell Phones
It is basically a known issue with nokia phones. It happens to most of the phones if the firmware is not updated properly. I would suggest you to re-update your firmware and that would resolve the issue. If that does not resolve it, in some of the older phones it is found to be a hardware issue. In which we have to link 2 points which are close to the Camera ic. Please refer this image for better understanding
