Fuel pump cut out switch. One of the back quarter panels(ford likes the left). Same kind of place the jack hides in most minivans. Typically little black box with little red button.

All back lights are out no tail, brake, blinkers interior lights everything is out,I have changed the relays checked the rear electronic moduole still nothing .2003 ford winstar

All your lights, with the exception of the interior, run threw the turn signal switch. start here and let me know. The TS switch is easy to replace.
there are 3 or 4 screws to remove on the bottom of the steering column bezel and they pop loose. then there are two screws, most likely torx, that hold the switch.

2003 Ford Winstar alarm goes off randomly. Increasing in frequency as time goes on. Often at night when all are asleep. Could it be a weak remote battery causing the problem?

Most likely it is a switch on the van. Check the hood switch near the battery . The rubber cover comes off and causes the switch to set the alarm. Good luck.
