What exactly is the issue. You must activate this copy of windows. There is no getting around it. The easiest way is to have the server connected to the internet and go through it. If you or some one has already activated this copy and it is not a site license, you must call Nicrosft and convince them that this copy is not running on another server.

neither one. Almost all lcd, plasma, and dlp monitors utilize capacitors to form a static charge to energize the screen. Those capacitors are extremely tempermental, and can go out with no notice at all.
It will work just fine, turn off, then when you turn it back on, no power. Both Best-Buy and Fry's electronics have tech's that will replace your blown out capacitors. Most of the new monitors don't have fuses anymore, nor do they have a lamp in the traditional sense. They use a chip/grid system, and the capacitors energize the grid .
