You should have received a new card from your subscriber once you insert it you should get your channels back..its the only way you will get channels back..
I just did mine today after having nothing and it now works
you should not have factory reset when you lose a chnl delete the chnl then rescan you never need to factory reset you lose the flash or newest update you had installed reflash your box and delete the chnls that are scrambled only and then rescan
