I have been trying to log into facebook for the last 2 days and every single time it tells me that they are currently fixing my site and to come back in a few hours. Whats up with that!!! Getting very frustrated

Only one, but when it does that to me make sure that you didnt get any emails from facebook.

once logged in in the right hand corner on the facebook homepage you will see ACCOUNT from the drop down list will be Edit friends Account settings Privacy settings Help center and Log out

contact the help center tell them of your problem it might take 2 or 3 days for them to reply due to demad on this site

when i try to log in, the same message appears the last 6 days.
i cant log in, and i have no help from facebook team.

The Facebook site occasionally blocks access for certain chunks of users temporarily so that the staff can carry out routine maintenance procedures and software updates on those accounts.

These lockout periods are normal and can last anywhere from a few hours to a day or two.

Just try again tomorrow.

Facebook has finally posted something about everyone not being able to log it. It only took them 5-6 days!! I have not been able to log in since 10/4/09) But this is what was on my page when I tried to log in this morning (10/9/09). It's about time that they let us know something. So, who know how much longer we will have to wait!

I suspect what is happening is you have a "cached" page from that website which is showing you the old page.

Try refreshing page several times rapidly. If that doesn't clear it, in IE go to Tools > Options and clear your browsing history. This will clear out the "cached" (stored) pages and the next time you go to Facebook it will give you a fresh page.

that problem sounds like your phone. But you can call customer care for att and they will tell you weather you need to replace your phone.

I have tried to re set my password, they e mailed me and told me to click on it and follow the site.It won't let me do this so I tried to copy and paste but I don't know where to find the"browser" Can you please help?
