Phone memory full delete data.i have a 2gb memory card

I have nokia n95 with a gb memory card.when i download from internet then it says phone memory full.why i cannot save on memory card and if i can how can i view from memory card

Thats not a big problem just get ur mobile scanned along with ur memory card and if the problem presist then get ur mobile software re installed from nokia service center they will first format the phone and then they will re install it .it might be possible that ur mem card is corrupted so get that checked .but generally it happens because og virus

Ur phone memory is full try to utilise ur memory card keep ur applications&games in memory card check ur phone memory first nd also check ur history pages nd remove unwanted pages...

when saying memory full that does no mean the text messages memory is full it means the phone's memory is full, the messages are saved on you sim card so try deleting some app on you phone

Among all the mobiles I and my friends have used, Nokia is one of the best except it's price. The error “memory full delete some data” is not only with this Model but with several Nokia handsets as well. N95 has an built-in large internal memory as compared to other models, but when the RAM has not enough memory this error happens, sometimes corrupted files create this, sometimes virus so there are several solutions, but first follow these steps:
Check and delete the following:
-Call logs
-Messages (Large bluetooth receives)
-Media stored on the phone, not on the card
-Old Calendar entries
-Browser bookmarks and saved pages
-Apps on the phone; reinstall them to the Memory Card!
-Unwanted contacts
If this doesn't end the error, back up your stuffs using PC suite or directly to your Memory card then reset the phone using
*#7370# or 12345. Good luck

Won't boot. Get following message:"Phone start-up failed. Contact retailer."
Your phones software or may be firm ware is deleted you should reinstall it.Do following:
  1. Connect your cell to your PC with DATA cable.
  2. If you do not have NOKIA PC suite then you must download it first. CLICK TO DOWNLOAD PC SUITE FOR NOKIA N95.
  3. Update your phones software.
  4. Backing up device data
    Before updating, remember to backup your device's memory on a memory card or Nokia PC Suite.
    To backup data to a memory card:
    • Select Tools > Memory from the main menu
    • Select Options > Backup phone mem.
    To restore the data after updating:
    • Select Tools > Memory from the main menu
    • Select Options > Restore from card

Phone memory full
I had the same problem. The internal 160mb fills up even though if you use memory manager there's nowhere near that much data. The cure was simple enough, switch on your phone holding the green key, 3 key and * key at the same time - this will perform a total reset and flush the memory. Make sure you backup any data you want to keep to your PC or Micro SD card first - when it's gone, it's gone!

I also removed my 2Gb SD card to be safe when I performed the reset.
