download the PC Suite software for w810 and install it on ur windows 7 pc. i took out my w810 and tested it with my windows 7 for you and it works. sync is working with outlook too. missing my w810

yes you can change the back only because the k750 has a joy stick which is different from the w810

That white screen means that your phone needs to flash over you will need to download xs++ to do so if you need any help email me

Water Damage will usually cause the LCD screen or backlight to go bad. Replacing the LCD screen on the Sony W810i is a pretty straight forward procedure. This should then take care of the problem.

A new LCD screenruns about 30 dollars from Ebay.
