Intel motherboard warranty check

The serial number you have quoted is not recognised by the Intel warranty checker, and it is noted that the Intel website states:
"Intel products sold as part of a computer system are covered by the warranty from the system manufacturer, not by Intel.
Contact your system manufacturer or place of purchase for information about your warranty options."
It may be therefore that the computer assembler needs to be contacted. I also saw that Interactive support for the DG41WV motherboard ceased 28th June 2013. I would therefore strongly suspect that it is out of - if not well out of - its warranty period.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful

Hello i bought a PC last year and its motherboard has crashed. Pls let me know how and where to get it replaced. my motherboard is Intel D945GCPE. Also, pls let me know about your warranty period.

You would be better off going on ebay to purchase a new mother board and you can check the warranty the provider will give for that board. Just Bing intel D945GCPE

Warranty of Motherboard

Hi
I think the best thing you can do is going to your computer or motherboard vendor and ask him if you don't have the documents that came with it.

Good luck.
