i want to set to factory setting my samsung tocco but it asking for password in which i dont know

Both suggest you try the full eeprom reset WITHOUT your sim card. Please read both forums carefully before trying anything. I myself am not familiar with the Samsung Tocco, and these links are merely suggestions.

you can enter the hard reset code but that will delete everything on the phone the code is *2767*3855# i haven't been able to find the password reset for the F48.
