Sandisk micro I feel so dumb, but how do I transfer images from my sandisk that is in my phone into my computer. I have a dell laptop.

You will need a card reader..It will have a USB cable that u have to conect to the USB port on your laptop and the sabdisk will be shown as a removable drive.. When u have finished the transfer do not unplug it.. First right click on the safely remove hardware in your system tray and then when the window pops up..click the devoce and click stop..If you dont do it this way your card will be damaged..
