If you have a W910i like in the picture, then listen up. First of all, move the theme you are using to phone memory, (more>manage file>move). The resetting can be due to overloading (to much apps running and music playing and other stuff at once), although this will probably just cause the phone to be as slow as a turtle. The other possible cause can be firmware, which needs to be updated. Go to the Sony Ericsson website and the navigate to your phone and look for the firmware section. Or just type "Sony Ericsson Update Service" in Google.

Check your memory space and delete or uninstall unnecessary files, games or applications to free memory space used for processing. Also try an antivirus scan... it may have been infected from your bluetooth or internet activities.
The phones motherboard could be dead. Or a problem with the firmware. There might be numerous problems. Your bet bet is to install Motorola Tools and install a new firmware on your phone. If not send it back to whom ever you bought it from if it is still under warranty. Please mark this is a solution if I helped. Thanks!
try master reset the phone and if tht does not work then you need to take the phone to a mobile service center and ahve them reflash the mobile for you.
